Buttered, peppered… fried…golden sizzling body.. POP! Hunger pangs burst your thought bubble? Good. It’s time to introduce your wing happiness to some saucy goodness.
Hold on. Do you have any sauce to compliment that wing in your hands? No? What if I told you, you can whip up 15 different amazing dips with the ingredients already available in your kitchen.
Let’s get started before the chicken starts to sing Let it go! Let it go! out loud and freak you out.
Honey Mustard Sauce Dip
Stirring together 2/3 cup Dijon mustard, 1/4 cup sour cream, 1/4 cup honey, 3/4 teaspoon Worcestershire and mayo(don’t go easy on the mayo) and voila, your sweet tangy twist dip is ready for some serious dipping.
Classic Traditional Hot Sauce For Buffalo Wings
1 stick of butter melted in 1 bottle of hot sauce with a pinch of garlic powder, cayenne and 2 drops of sweet nectar will change the way you eat wings again.
Chili Lime Dipping Sauce
Chop! Chop! some jalapenos(yum), 2 cloves of garlic, fresh cilantro, sugar, salt in a blender along with 1 tablespoon chilli sauce, 1/3 cup chicken stock, ½ cup lime and mix until smooth. Cook the mixture in a saucepan for a few and you’re good to go. Pour generously over wings.
Herb Dipping Sauce
Whisk in garlic paste(2 cloves), ¼ cup basil leaves, 1 cup chopped parsley, ½ cup parmesan cheese, salt, pepper, oregano, ½ cup warm water, ½ cup olive oil, basil and 2 spoons of lemon. I’m sure you can’t wait to get started.
Teriyaki Dipping Sauce
In a bowl, throw in some garlic, sherry wine, soy sauce, brown sugar, sesame seeds and red pepper flakes, mix well. Heat in a small sauce pan. Add cornstarch mix with cold water till hot the mix thickens. Mmn. Life can’t get any better.
Curry sauce
Okay it’s about to get real hot in here- Make sure you keep the fire extinguishers on standby. The awesome blend of 2 tablespoons olive oil, butter, 1 cup chicken broth, 1/2 cup dry white wine, 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley(or garlic), 1 ½ teaspoons curry powder, 3/4 cup heavy cream and salt is about to make you go wild. Serve hot and forget about keeping calm.
Pizza Dipping Sauce
Combine them spices( garlic powder, red pepper) and cheesy delights(shredded provolone, mozzarella and some parmesans). Add cream and sauce. Microwave for 5 to 7 minutes. Taste assured, I give no guarantee when you’ll get back to earth time.
Salsa Cheese Dipping Sauce
16oz of sharp cheddar cheese blend with picante sauce and finely chopped black olives microwaved until melted will have you dipping for more.
Salsa Sauce:
Whipping up a hot spicy dip just got a whole lot steamier. We start by rinsing off chopped onion and garlic in a strainer with hot water, pat dry. Blend together tomatoes, pepper, jalapenos, minced cilantros, lime juice and salt in a food processor and let it swing… swing… for a few. Serve hot with chicken wings.
Creamy Parmesan Dipping Sauce
Let’s start off by popping champagne and pouring ourselves a drink. Then we get to shredding generous amounts of parmesan and blend it with mayo, buttermilk, minced garlic, fresh parsley and lemon juice in a bowl. Enjoy a wonderful evening.
